Legal Disclaimer

By performing any fitness classes such as yoga or Pilates for example, or personal training sessions, you are performing them at your own risk. Flow Fitness, or Vee at Flow Fitness will not be held responsible or liable for any injury or harm you sustain as a result of our fitness programs, online fitness, pre-recorded or on demand programs, plus any information shared on our website.

Terms & Conditions - The Basics 

BOOKING - All participants must pre-book to ensure a space in their preferred class. Drop-ins are not accepted.

CANCELLATIONS - For in-person classes, refunds are not permitted under any circumstances. We at Flow Fitness understand that life happens and you may need to cancel a class. Flow Fitness operates a 24 hour cancellation policy. In the event that you do need to cancel a class booking, and you have provided more than 24 hours notice, Flow Fitness will transfer your booking to an alternative date. In the event that the instructor is unwell and unable to take the class, you will be offered the opportunity to transfer to an alternative date, or offered a refund.

CANCELLATIONS - For online bookings. If you are unable to attend an online class for any reason refunds or transfers will not be honoured under any circumstances. You will instead be offered an alternative on demand resource to complete in your own time.

CANCELLATIONS - For In-Person Workshops, events and Retreat Days. In the event that you need to cancel a pre-booked workshop or retreat day for any reason, due to the nature of the event, and frequency they are held, refunds and transfers are not permitted under any circumstances and you will forfeit the fee.

CANCELLATIONS - For Personal Training. If you have a pre-booked session and are not able to attend for any reason, providing you give 24 hours or more notice, you will not forfeit your fee. In the event that you cancel your booking for any reason with less than 24 hours notice, the fee will be forfeited. If you have paid for a block of sessions, the fee for the missed session will be taken off and you will lose a session. If for any reason the instructor is unable to take the session, you will not forfeit the fee.

PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS - All training sessions must be pre-booked and pre-paid for. If for any reason you have not paid for your session before hand, the session may be cancelled and you will still be liable for the hourly fee. It becomes extremely hard to plan the week when clients cancel at the last minute, it is also unfair on others that may have had a preferred time slot.

LATENESS - For Personal Training sessions. If you are late for your session, your session will be reduced accordingly. For example, if you are 5 minutes late, your session will only be 55 minutes in duration. If for example you are 20 minutes or more late, you will be required to reschedule and you will still need to pay for/be liable for the session.

For Classes - You must be on time for your class, if you are late for the class and miss the warm up, for health & safety reasons, you will not be permitted into the class. This is for your own benefit to prevent injury and ensure safe practice.

BEHAVIOUR - Flow Fitness will not tolerate ANY unreasonable behaviour towards the Instructor or other Participants. Any behaviour which is deemed aggressive, offensive, or inappropriate e.g. Verbal, physical or written which is intended to cause harassment, alarm, distress or embarrassment will not be tolerated under any circumstances. In the unlikely event that this does happen, you will be asked to leave and will not be permitted to return. You will also not be entitled to a refund or transfer under any circumstances.
