Welcome to my 7 Day holiday Takeaway series! What is it? 7 fitness videos which target full body, abs & core, flexibility, arms, stretching, Pilates and relaxation. All workouts require just a small space, little to no equipment, and are a maximum of 20 minutes each. Ideal for you: - Limited time. Each workout is 15-20 minutes maximum. The workouts can be stacked to enable you to build the workout you want. - Little to no equipment needed. Plus ideas for substitutes, and links for lightweight equipment. - Keep up the momentum and motivation while you are away! - Suitable for all abilities as options are given. This series also comes with suggestions for other activities to burn those excess calories. Also included is my Eatwell Guide.
