Service Description
Vee's "abs blaster" workout is a high-intensity online core workout that focuses on strengthening and defining abdominal, oblique, and lower back muscles using a variety of exercises. Exercises may include; crunches, leg raises, planks, and bicycle crunches, performed with a focus on slow, controlled movements to maximise muscle engagement. Equipment: You'll need a mat or soft surface - no other equipment is needed. T's & C's; This event is non-refundable & non-transferable. You'll be sent a video that you can complete in your own time and will be available for 7 days after the session ends.

Cancellation Policy
**Classes with Vee Cancellation Policy I understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel a class. Refunds for online classes and memberships are not permitted. If for any reason you are unable to attend and you have the online membership, you will be able to access the online library and practice at a time that suits you. If you have paid for a one off session, you will be sent a link to an online recording so you can practice at a time to suit you - this link will be available for 7 days. Refunds and transfers for 6 week beginners series are also not permitted. Transfers for single in-person classes can be made up to a minimum of 24 hours before the class start time.
