Service Description
This is a 1 hour online Yin yoga class which is suitable for any level and ability. Anyone new to yoga is very welcome to join in. You do not need to be super flexible! All Yin poses are entirely on the mat, with either prone, supine, side laying and seated positions. Yin yoga has so many health benefits which include; calming the nervous system, increasing range of motion and decreasing stress and anxiety. This class option is held online. You will need a mat or soft surface. You'll need a bolster, but don't worry if you don't have one - a couple of chunky bed pillows will be fine. A blanket for relaxation and warmth at the end is recommended. Yoga blocks are handy, but you can use a chunky book for seated postures.
